How to Make Ayvalık Toast

  1. Thinly slice the sucuk, sausage and salami lengthwise.
  2. Slice the toast bread and spread butter on the slices.
  3. Place cheddar cheese on a slice of bread.
  4. Add sucuk, sausage and salami on top.
  5. You can also add pickled cucumbers if you wish.
  6. Close the other slice of bread and cook in a sandwich press for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Cook until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice the cooked toasts and serve with tomato, ketchup and mayonnaise.
